The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to declare the position of the Flying Eagles head coach vacant.
According to SCORENigeria, the position will soon be advertised for interested coaches to apply.
Handler of the side, Ladan Bosso was heavily criticised following the Flying Eagles poor showing at the 2024 African Games in Ghana.
The team failed to make it beyond the group stage at the games.
Bosso guided the Flying Eagles to the quarterfinal of the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina last year.
The Flying Eagles are expected to take part in the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
