Inter Miami captain, Lionel Messi has categorically declared that he won’t become a manager when he retires from active football.
Messi is at the tail-end of his professional football career.
The Argentina forward is currently the most decorated footballer in the world, having won 46 trophies.
The 37-year-old has also won eight Ballon d’Or awards in the past.
When asked if he would consider going into coaching after retirement, Messi said (Fabrizio Romano):
“I’m not planning to become a manager when I will retire.
“This is not something I’m considering to do.”
