Enyimba forward Chijoke Mbaoma has won the club’s player of the month award for December.
Mbaoma beat goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke to the award.
The combative forward registered three goals in three games in the month.
Mbaoma, who is currently out with injury, tops the People’s Elephants’ goal chart with five goals.
Enyimba extended their five-game unbeaten run with a victory over Sporting Lagos last week.
The nine-time NPFL champions will battle Plateau United in their next league game.
The game has been rescheduled for Monday in Jos.
