The Bauch State Police Command have arrested a second suspect, a 30-year-old man, for chaining a minor, just days after a 50-year-old man was detained for a similar offense.

According to the Spokesman of the Command, Ahmed Wakili, in a statement made available to journalists on Monday, a report of child abuse was received on July 7, 2024.
