Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has told veteran midfielder Luka Modric that his career is not over yet.
Modric secured all three points for Real Madrid on Sunday with a 81st minute strike in a hard-fought battle with Sevilla at the Bernabeu.
Modric proved to be the hero of the night for Ancelotti’s side and the Italian acknowledged the efforts of the Croatian.
Modric hammered in a wonderful goal in the 81st minute.
Ancelotti told reporters: “How do I help Modrić? It’s very difficult, I know what it means. I understand when Luka is sad but this is not his end? The whole world thinks that, but he doesn’t.
“He still has legs, energy. This is not the end of his career. Look at his quality. ”
