Kidnapped Kuriga children will be rescued soon – Defence Minister assures

The Minister of Defence, Muhammed Badaru Abubakar, says the kidnapped students of LEA Primary School, Kuriga in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State will soon be rescued.

The minister, while giving this assurance also stated the killers of military personnel in Okuama community of Delta State will be fished out and dealt with squarely.

While he was addressing troops of the 1 Division Nigerian Army in Kaduna, Abubakar assured them that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was aware of their sacrifices and happy with their efforts.

“While commending your efforts, Mr President asks that you do more to end all forms of insecurity in Nigeria.

“We have the power, will, strength and determination and our morale is high to end insecurity, I know that you have been doing a lot to rescue the school children unhurt, keep the morale high, the president is behind you hundred percent and he thanks you for your sleepless nights to keep us safe,’’ he said.
