Remo Stars right back, Ismaila Sodiq has reflected on his teammate, Samad Kadri’s strike in the 1-0 win against Enyimba.
Kadiri scored the decisive goal in the first half of the game.
Sodiq said the goal was special considering the importance to the team’s victory.
“I am a creative player and try to create as much as possible; we have scored a lot of goals since last season, I have been blessed with the team-mates here,” he told NPFL troll.
“Samad Kadiri’s first goal was just a beauty.
“He has been working really hard and what a special moment for him to score the winning goal in front of his old fans.”
Remo Stars are second on the table with 19 points.
The Daniel Ogunmodede’s side will host Plateau United on Sunday in Ikenne.
