The Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF Board of Trustees Chairman, Bashir Dalhatu, Wazirin Dutse, has sympathized with Governor Malam Umar Namadi FCA, State Government and the People of Jigawa State over the loss of over one hundred people to a fuel tanker explosion.
Wazirin Dutse, also in a statement, commiserated with the Emir of Ringim Dr Sayyadi Mahmud and the entire Emirate over the unfortunate incident.
The ACF expressed condolences to the Chairman of Taura Local Government Area, and the People of Majiya Town while expressing the belief that the appropriate authorities would find out the cause of the incident and prevent a recurrence.
The Former Minister’s condolence message to the families of the victims described the incident as a monumental national tragedy.
Waziri prayed for a quick recovery for those currently in hospital and urged the people to be safety conscious with a view to preventing future occurrences of such accidents.
