I’ve achieved everything in football — Messi

Argentina captain Lionel Messi has insisted that he has achieved everything in football.

Messi, who thanked God for his achievement in the game of soccer so far, said his biggest dream was to win the World Cup.

The 37-year-old is the most decorated footballer in history, having won 45 trophies in his glittering career so far.

The Inter Miami forward led Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The former Barcelona captain also led Argentina to win the last edition of the Copa America.

Messi is the only footballer in the world that has won the Ballon d’Or eight times.

“What’s left for me in football? Thank God, I can say that I’ve achieved every dream I had. My biggest dream was to win the World Cup.

“I have won everything for club of my life in Barça. I also won titles in PSG. I can’t ask for anything else,” Messi told Marca.
