It’s time for Heartland to end barren streak – Ajoku

Heartland midfielder Chidiebere Ajoku has rallied his teammates to continue the fight to end their barren run in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.

Heartland are yet to record a win in the 2023/24 campaign after seven games.

The Naze Millionaires will battle Bayelsa United in a rescheduled matchday eight fixture at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, on Wednesday.

Ajoku stated that they must go all out to record a win in the game.

“We have to come all out to claim our first three points this season,” he told Heartland media.

“We are at a position we do not want to be on the table and it is just normal for us to fight for the points with all we have.”
