Heartland head coach, Christian Obi has been handed a five-game ultimatum by the Imo State government, according to reports.
The state government issued the ultimatum following the reinstatement of the tactician on Thursday.
Obi resumed duty with the team after addressing the players on Saturday.
DAILY POST recalls that Obi was sacked by the Naze Millionaires management following their poor start to the season.
He failed to record a win in his nine games in charge of the club.
Heartland were bottom of the table before the appointment of Kennedy Boboye as head coach.
Heartland recorded three wins, one draw and three defeats during Boboye’s time with the club.
The five-time NPFL champions currently occupy 17th position on the table.
