‘I would’ve been football coach if I wasn’t acting’ – Damson Idris

British-Nigerian actor Damson Idris has revealed that he would have been an age grade football coach if he wasn’t a thespian.

The ‘Snowfall’ disclosed this in a recent interview with American outlet, Essence.

“If I wasn’t an actor, I would teach little kids football which is soccer to my American friends,” he said.

He revealed that jollof rice is his favourite meal.

“My favourite meal is jollof rice with beef stew and plantain. And my mum makes it the best,” Idris said.

The actor disclosed that his first celebrity crush is Halle Berry while the late Sidney Poitier is his favourite male actor.
