Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has nominated Abdullahi Bala as the new General Manager of the Nasarawa State Youth Empowerment Agency, NAYEA, formerly known as the Nasarawa State Agency for Youth Empowerment Scheme (NAYES).
The announcement was made by the Speaker of the State Assembly, Mr. Danladi Jatau, during the plenary session of the House on Monday in Lafia.
Jatau directed the nominee to submit 30 copies of his Curriculum Vitae (CV) and to appear for screening and possible confirmation on Wednesday, February 28.
Abdullahi Bala, popularly known as Likita, is expected to succeed Abdullahi Labaran Maina, who recently completed his tenure as the General Manager of NAYES.
Hajiya Maryam Ibrahim Osuza currently oversees the affairs of the agency as Acting General Manager.
