Victor Boniface scored for the third consecutive game as Bayer Leverkusen defeated Paderborn 3-1 to reach quarter-finals of the DFB-Pokal on Wednesday night.
Boniface netted the opening goal in the 12th minute of the encounter.
The 22-year-old has now scored 14 goals in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen this season.
Bayer Leverkusen return to winning ways again after they held Borussia Dortmund to a 1-1 draw in a Bundesliga game last weekend.
Die Werkself last won the DFB-Pokal in the 1993/93 season.
He joined Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian Pro League club, Union St Gilloise this summer.
