Ganduje loses local government chairman to NNPP

Alhaji Ado Tambai, the Chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Government, the council area of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, has defected to the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.

Tambai, who defected alongside other APC local council chairmen, said he is not happy with the party despite his loyalty to Ganduje.

Receiving the former APC council chairmen, Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf said NNPP is home to any person wishing the state the best.

He welcomed the deflectors to the party and assured that they will work together with other NNPP members as one family.

“We are going to work with anybody who is ready to be onboard our salvation journey of a greater Kano and we will do that for a better state for everybody as one family,” the governor said.
