Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has revealed that Tyrell Malacia could make his long awaited return to action in two months.
Malacia has not played for over a year because of a knee injury.
The Dutch defender was left out of the US pre-season squad by Ten Hag.
However, Ten Hag has now said Malacia is not far away from making a return.
“He is not that far, but he is now in a progress situation,” Ten Hag said.
“At a relatively short notice, he can again return into team training and then into team performance in games.
“I think it will be possible in two months.”
