Arsenal defender William Saliba will miss next Sunday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.
Saliba was sent off during the first half of Saturday’s game at Bournemouth.
The France defender was initially shown a yellow card for pulling back Evanilson.
But referee Rob Jones was advised by VAR to check the pitchside monitor.
After reviewing the images, Saliba was then shown a red card for a last-man tackle.
It is the third red card an Arsenal player has received this season, after Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard were sent off against Brighton and Manchester City, respectively.
