Chelsea confirmed on Wednesday that their new signing, Pedro Neto, will wear the number 19 shirt at the club this new Premier League season.
The west London club disclosed this in a statement on their website.
The Portuguese winger recently joined Chelsea from Wolves.
“Pedro Neto will wear the number 19 shirt for Chelsea this season,” Chelsea’s statement partly read.
Neto has penned a long-term deal that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2031.
He was presented to Chelsea’s supporters at half-time during their pre-season friendly 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.
Neto will hope to feature for Enzo Maresca’s side when they face Manchester City in their Premier League opener this weekend.
