EPL: Onana makes demand after Man United’s 0-0 draw with Liverpool

Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has urged his teammates to keep ‘fighting’ and look forward to winning games following their Premier League 0-0 draw with Liverpool on Sunday.

Onana helped Man United keep a clean sheet against Liverpool at Anfield as both teams shared a point each.

The result against Liverpool leave Erik ten Hag’s side in 7th position on the Premier League table with 28 points from 17 games.

“It could be better,” Onana told BEIN Sports. “We came here to win. We didn’t have the result we want but we have to keep fighting because we have a big responsibility to try win every game.”

He added, “The most important thing is not the clean sheet. The most important thing is three points.

“A clean sheet is nice but it is not about that. It is about the team and we didn’t win. It is a good point but we have to look forward and look forward to the coming games.”
