Manchester United have won their appeal of Bruno Fernandes’ red card against Tottenham Hotspur.
This means that the Portugal midfielder will now be available for the Red Devils’ next three fixtures.
Man United disclosed this in a post on their website on Tuesday evening.
Fernandes was sent off for serious foul play during Man United’s Premier League 3-0 defeat against Spurs at Old Trafford.
He was dismissed for a high tackle on James Maddison with three minutes left in the first half of the encounter.
The Man United captain was set to miss Man United’s league fixtures against Aston Villa, Brentford and West Ham.
However, Fernandes will now be available for selection following the successful appeal.
