Manchester City will be without Jack Grealish when they host Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend.
Grealish suffered a fresh injury setback during their 6-2 win at Luton Town in the FA Cup on Tuesday night.
The 28-year-old was forced off before half-time at Kenilworth Road and had to be consoled by his team-mates.
The England international was replaced by Jeremy Doku after only 38 minutes.
“Looks like it [a recurrence of the groin injury],” Guardiola said after the game.
“It’s the second time. Hopefully this time he can recover well.”
