Manchester United star Kobbie Mainoo has expressed his delight over the club’s decision to have Erik ten Hag remain as their manager.
The youngster also hopes that Manchester United win more trophies under the former Ajax boss.
Erik ten Hag’s future became a thing of debate at the end of the season with INEOS conducting an end-of-season review to determine whether he stays or not.
The 19-year-old talked up the Dutchman, thanking him for the opportunity to become a senior team player at Old Trafford.
He said (via mufcMPB): “He’s already got two trophies and hopefully there are more to come.
“It is nice to have that peace of mind, we know what manager we are going back to in the new season. I am so grateful for him, I can’t thank him enough.”
