Chelsea midfielder, Cole Palmer, has revealed he supported Manchester United while growing up.
Palmer was speaking on Thursday night after scoring a hat-trick against the Red Devils at Stamford Bridge.
With United winning 3-2 in added time, Chelsea were awarded a late penalty.
Palmer converted to make it 3-3, before grabbing his third with a deflected effort.
On supporting United, Palmer said: “Yes when I was growing up.
“I take each game as it comes and show the Chelsea fans.”
He added: “We need to try to win as many games as possible. To win like that, there is nothing better.
“We thought when we scored the second goal the fans lifted us and I saw the gaffer say there were two minutes left and thankfully I scored.”
