Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has hinted he could be heading to Manchester United this summer.
Tuchel was unable to hide his admiration for the Premier League when discussing his future ahead of their Champions League semi-final second leg at Real Madrid.
The first leg of the tie ended 2-2 at the Allianz Arena.
Tuchel, who won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021 after losing the final with PSG a year earlier, has led Bayern to the last four despite a disappointing season domestically.
He became the first Bayern manager to fail to win the league since Jurgen Klopp claimed the title with Dortmund in 2012.
The struggle in the Bundesliga has led to Tuchel announcing he would step down after only 14 months in charge.
Tuchel has been among the coaches linked with replacing under-fire Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
When asked by TNT Sports where he sees his future, he replied: “I’d rather not answer but it is no secret that I loved it at Chelsea; I loved it in England.
“I loved it in the Premier League for sure; it was a very, very special time and I remember it very well.”
