Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher has claimed that Diogo Jota is a better finisher than the likes of Michael Owen, Luis Suarez, Fernando Torres and Robbie Fowler.
Carragher said this after Jota scored a brace in Liverpool’s Premier League 4-0 win over Bournemouth on Sunday.
The former England defender also said that the Portugal international is clinical in front of goal.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Carragher said: “Jurgen Klopp has said how clever a player he [Jota] is.
“He can play on the left, through the middle and the right.
“I have played with some great Liverpool strikers. Michael Owen, Luis Suarez, Fernando Torres, Robbie Fowler… I think he [Jota] is the best finisher.”
