The stadia will also house identical podiums and fireworks for potential title-winning parties, with an expert engraver present.
Manchester City are in prime position to win the Premier League title for a fourth consecutive season and they host West Ham.
If they beat David Moyes’ men, City will be crowned champions on Sunday.
However, if they drop points against the Hammers and Arsenal defeat Everton, the Gunners will lift the trophy for the first time in their history.
All the 10 last-day fixtures will kick off at 4pm (WAT).
