Liverpool manager, Arne Slot, has confirmed that goalkeeper, Caoimhin Kelleher wants to leave the club.
Slot spoke ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Kelleher is currently not Liverpool’s first-choice goalkeeper and wants regular playing time.
He is behind Brazilian shot-stopper Alisson Becker in the pecking order.
His contract with the Premier League giants will expire in 2026.
“Kelleher said he wants to leave? I would be worried if a player came out and said he loved it on the bench and wants to stay there for the rest of his life,” Slot was quoted by Fabrizio Romano as saying ahead of Liverpool’s clash with Nottingham.
