Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has shared some fashion advice with his fans.
Speaking on the sidelines of Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Spring-Summer Show in Paris, Burna Boy advised fans not to let themselves be influenced by styles that don’t genuinely appeal to them, even if their favorite celebrities are promoting them.
“My styling tips? Be you, don’t be too influenced by things that don’t really appeal to you,” he said.
He also shared a bit about his personal preferences: “My favorite meal is fried yam and stew. I just recorded my favorite song last night. My favorite movie right now is ‘Lupin’.”
DAILY POST reported that Burna Boy, along with fellow Nigerian singers Wizkid, Rema, Adekunle Gold, Tems, and Mr. Eazi, was among the megastars in attendance at the star-studded Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring-Summer Show during Fashion Week Day 1 in Paris, France, on Tuesday.
Adekunle Gold’s hit collaborative song with the curator of the event, Pharrell Williams, “Falling Up,” closed Day 1 of Paris Fashion Week.
