Delta: Police kill suspected kidnapper, free victim

Operatives from Delta State Police Command have killed a suspected kidnapper while others escaped.

The perpetrators had seized a victim (whose identity was withheld), as he was riding his motorcycle along Ashama Anu-Ugbo Farm in Nsukwa, in Aniocha South of Delta State, last weekend, demanding a ransom of N5,000,000.

After notifying the police about the incident, an intensified operation was launched to rescue the victim.
