Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has heaped praise on new boy Savinho following his debut for the club.
Savinho came on as a second-half substitute as City beat Manchester United in the Community Shield game on Saturday.
Guardiola was impressed by the versatility and confidence shown by the former Girona winger.
He said: “Good impact playing both sides. He is really good, look at the goal we scored—high line and cross—but not just inside, he was aggressive.
“Always with wingers, if you have the confidence, attack the defenders, he did really well.”
