Twenty-six home-based players reported to camp in Abuja on Tuesday as the team commence the second phase of their camping exercise ahead of the 2025 African Nations Championship qualifier against Ghana.
The remaining nine players are expected to hit the team’s camp on Wednesday (today).
Assistant coaches Daniel Ogunmodede and Fidelis Ilechukwu supervised the session.
Caretaker head coach, Augustine Eguavoen is currently in Belgium for medical checkup.
The home-Eagles started preparation for the clash with Ghana last week.
The two-legged contest is scheduled for next month.
The overall winners will advance to CHAN 2025 which will be co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
