Real Madrid forward, Endrick, has opened up on why he decided to shoot instead of passing to either Kylian Mbappe or Vinicius Junior, as he scored in their 3-1 win over Stuttgart on Tuesday night.
The Champions League trophy holders began the defence of their title with a huge victory at home.
Mbappe had opened the scoring for Madrid, before Deniz Undav made it 1-1.
However, goals from Antonio Rudiger and Endrick sealed the points for the LaLiga champions.
For the third goal, Endrick raced clear and with Mbappe and Endrick on either side, he elected to shoot from distance.
After the game, he was asked about the choice to go by himself.
He replied: “I knew I had Kylian and Vini, but at that moment the best option was to shoot.”
