Barcelona midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has said he would like to face Manchester City in the Champions League final this year.
Gundogan left City to join the LaLiga side as a free agent last summer.
Barca will face Paris Saint-Germain in the quarterfinal of the competition, while his former side will clash with Real Madrid.
Gundogan is hoping both sides, who are on opposite sides of the draw, will go all the way to the final.
“Would I like to face Man City in the Champions League final? Yes, of course. I’d like to play the final with Barça. It’d be great, then the opponent doesn’t matter.
“City have a fantastic team, of course, but UCL is always tricky,” Gundogan told SPORT.
