Ballon d’Or: Javier Bordas identifies player who would’ve won award with Barcelona

Former Barcelona vice-president, Javier Bordas, has claimed that Brazilian forward Neymar would have won the Ballon d’Or if he had stayed at the Catalan club.

Neymar left Barcelona to join Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

Speaking with SPORT (h/t Le10Sport), Bordas also noted that the 32-year-old wanted to return to Barcelona after joining the French Ligue 1 champions.
