Asisat Oshoala has listed three things she would carry with her as she leaves Barcelona for National Women’s Soccer League, NWSL, outfit, Bay FC.
The 29-year-old said she will carry with her the memories, lessons and friendships that she has gained during her time at Barcelona’s women’s team.
The Super Falcons striker said this in a lengthy farewell letter to Barcelona’s women football team and fans on Thursday.
DAILY POST recalls that Oshoala signed a two-year contract with the option of another year with Bay FC earlier today.
“I will carry with me the memories, lessons and friendships that I have gained during my time here,” Oshoala’s letter partly read.
“You have become my family and I will be forever grateful for the love and support you have shown me.”
