Aigbogun delighted with Sporting Lagos technical director role

Paul Aigbogun says he is up for the challenge following his appointment as the technical director of Nigeria Premier Football League outfit, Sporting Lagos.

Aigbogun’s appointment was confirmed by the NPFL new boys on Friday.

The former Flying Eagles coach will also work closely with the club’s football academy and affiliate club, Aarhus Fremad.

The 51-year-old will take up the new role after previously serving as the assistant technical director with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

“I’m delighted to be here. We’ve achieved a lot in two years and we’re still learning, but we’re very ambitious,” he told the club’s official website.
