Super Eagles caretaker coach, Augustine Eguavoen has revealed his starting line-up for tonight’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matchday five encounter against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic.
Eguavoen opted for a 3-4-3 formation against Gernot Rohr’s men.
As expected, Chippa United shot-stopper, Stanley Nwabali will be between the sticks.
Captain William Troost-Ekong will man the centre-back alongside the duo of Calvin Bassey and Gabriel Osho, who will be making his debut in the game.
Nottingham Forest defender, Ola Aina and Boavista’s Bruno Onyemaechi will operate as wing-backs.
Wilfred Ndidi and Alex Iwobi will take charge of the midfield.
Victor Osimhen will lead the attack and will be supported by Ademola Lookman and Kelechi Iheanacho.
