The Senior Pastor of the Fountain of Life Church, Jimmy Odukoya, has tipped Nigeria to win the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Odukoya was reacting via a short video posted on his X platform after the Super Eagles saw off South Africa in the first semi-final on Wednesday.
He wrote: “My fellow Nigerians!!! GOD NO GO SHAME US!!!
“We are bringing it home!! Let’s go Super Eagles!!!”
Jose Peseiro needed penalties to beat Bafana Bafana, after the game ended 1-1 in 120 minutes.
Chippa United stopper, Stanley Nwabali, was the hero of the day, as he made crucial saves during the match and shoot-out.
