Bafana Bafana striker Mihlali Mayambela says securing a place in the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations will be special for him and his family.
South Africa started their campaign at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations with a 2-0 defeat against the Eagles of Mali.
The former champions have however rallied to earn a place in the last four.

Bafana Bafana now have their sights set on place in the final with three-time champions Super Eagles standing in their way.
Mayambela stated that his side have what it takes to beat the Super Eagles.
“It will mean everything, already being here means everything. Imagine going to the final it will mean a lot to me and my family,” Mayambela told South African journalist told Lorenz Kohler.
“God has been great for me and I believe also we have the ability to make something great for ourselves and I believe we can do something great for the country and achieve even more. It’s a big game.”
