Dakkada FC head coach, Emmanuel King, is optimistic in his team’s quest for a quick return to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
King stated that the team’s temporary setback won’t hinder their chances of making an instant return to the top-light.
He assured that the technical department will continue to improve on the defects in the team.
Dakkada have recorded five points in four games in the Nigeria National League this season.
“Dakkada’s 1-1 draw against Calabar Rovers has not put us out of the promotion race,” he told the club’s media.
“We need to fix some technical defects in the team for us to forge ahead in our top-flight chase.”
Dakkada will face their neighbours Vandrezzer at the Uyo Township Stadium on Saturday.
