Lobi Stars has constituted a management team for the club’s U-17 team, DAILY POST reports.
Emmanuel Jekelle has been appointed the Director while Japheth Agaadi will serve as the head coach.
The Pride of Benue youth team will participate in the inaugural edition of the Nigeria Premier Football League youth league.
The competition is scheduled to kick-start on February 1st, 2024.
Benjamin Jacobs will serve as an assistant coach, Terfa Abaya will serve as the physical trainer, and Jijir Ahungwa as a goalkeeper trainer.
Lobi Stars are in the same group as Kwara United, Niger Tornadoes, and Plateau United.
The Lafia City Stadium will host the Group B teams.
20 teams will participate in the maiden edition of the league with five groups of four teams each.
The winner from each group will qualify for the championship playoff.
