Adamawa establishes digital academy

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has given approval for the establishment of the Adamawa Digital Academy, the first such establishment in the state.

The academy is aimed at providing digital skills training for civil servants and youths, according to Fintiri’s Special Adviser on ICT and E-Governance, Ahmed Hammajam, who said on Wednesday that the move resulted from the state’s progress through its Action on Business Enabling Reforms, SABER, which eliminated right-of-way charges for telecommunications companies.
