AC Milan manager, Stefano Pioli has claimed Samuel Chukwueze’s absence contributed to the side’s defeat to Udinese on Saturday night.
The Rosseneri fell to a disappointing 1-0 loss at home to the Zebras.
Roberto Pereyra scored the decisive goal goal in the 62nd minute.
Milan are now without a win in their last four games across all competitions.
Chukwueze copped a minor hamstring injury on international duty last month and has been missing in action ever since.
Pioli admitted that the Nigerian winger would have made the difference for his side in the home defeat.
“I am sure that I have important characteristics at my disposal. I made a different choice today because Pulisic and Chukwueze were unavailable, otherwise we know how we want to attack and approach the games.
“We must do much better, it is only fair that the fans jeer and especially that they jeer me, because this was not the performance we wanted.”
