Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has insisted that he is willing to take a salary cut to remain at the club.
Pogba is still under contract with Juventus after his ban for testing positive for testosterone was recently reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration in Sport, CAS.
There are suggestions that negotiations are ongoing between both Pogba and Juventus to terminate the player’s contract.
As a result, the Frenchman has been linked with some European clubs, including Marseille.
Pogba will return to competitive football in March next year.
“I’m willing to take a salary cut to stay at Juventus,” Pogba told Gazzetta.
“I’m just thinking about training and playing for Juventus. It’s not me that needs to speak; the pitch will do the talking and Thiago Motta will judge with his eyes.”
