Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has refused to criticize his players following their 1-0 defeat at Newcastle on Saturday.
Anthony Gordon scored the only goal of the game in the 55th minute as the hosts dominated proceedings.
United saw a goal ruled out after Harry Maguire was caught offside.
Ten Hag’s men have now dropped to seventh place, but the former Ajax boss was full of praise after the game.
He said: “This team is resilient. We have a plan and we keep going”.
“I will talk with my team but we stayed in the game at the end. We had some good chances”.
“We scored a goal, but it was offside so it could have been a draw.”
