Burna Boy most streamed artist in Sub-Saharan Africa- Spotify Wrapped 2023

Grammy-winning Nigerian musician, Burna Boy, has been ranked the most streamed artist in Sub-Saharan Africa for the second time in a row.

This was announced in a release by Spotify Wrapped 2023 on Thursday.

Spotify Wrapped 2023, is an annual data review of how people listened to music and podcasts on the platform.

Burna Boy remains the most streamed African artist for the 2nd consecutive year.

The 2023 Spotify Wrapped showed Nigeria’s dominance in the music scene across the continent, with Asake, Davido, and Omah Lay occupying a spot on the top ten list.
