Former Barcelona star Gary Lineker has urged Arsenal to sign Ivan Toney from Brentford.
Lineker believes the England attacker is a real threat and will fit Mikel Arteta’s side.
Toney has been linked with a move away from Brentford this summer transfer window.
The 28-year-old has attracted interest from Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli.
Speaking on The Rest Is Football podcast, Lineker said: “I like Ivan Toney a lot. I think he is super talented and gives you something completely different from what else they have got.
“He is a real threat and technically a really good footballer so I think he would fit in at Arsenal. Once you are at the stage where a player is left out, the writing does appear to be on the wall.”
