EPL: Ex-Man Utd winger names manager to take over from Ten Hag

Former Manchester United winger, Lee Sharpe, has said that the club’s assistant manager Ruud van Nistelrooy would eventually succeed manager Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.

Van Nistelrooy is now the Manchester United manager’s assistant, but Sharpe feels the former striker will become the head coach in the future.

“I can absolutely see Ruud van Nistelrooy filling Ten Hag’s shoes someday, and it makes you wonder if that is part of reason behind employing him at Manchester United,” Sharpe told Highest Payout Online Casino.

“He will learn a bit from Ten Hag and also brings his own ideas, he is already been a manager, and an assistant for the Netherlands at international level.

“He is worked with top players as a manager so there is no reason why he could not be United manager – it would be sensible.”
