Transfer: Man Utd star demands pay-off to leave Ten Hag’s side

Manchester United defender, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, is demanding a pay-off from the club before he completes a move to West Ham.

Both Premier League clubs have all but agreed a £18million fee for the 26-year-old.

Wan-Bissaka’s current contract at Old Trafford expires next summer and United want to cash in this summer, rather than lose him for free.

However, the deal is in a limbo, as West Ham can’t afford Wan-Bissaka’s £90,000-per-week wages, according to The Sun.

The right-back would be able to command a huge signing-on fee next summer and is demanding a multi-million pound pay-off to leave this summer.

His agents are demanding United pay Wan-Bissaka a percentage of the £18m fee to ensure the deal goes ahead successfully.

Should United sell Wan-Bissaka, they would then look to hold further negotiations with Bayern Munich for Moroccan right back Noussair Mazraoui.
