Nigeria Women Football League side, Rivers Angels, have announced the appointment of Tosan Blankson as their new head coach.
Blankson takes the place of Whyte Ogbonda, who left the Port Harcourt club for Bayelsa Queens at the end of last season.
“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tosan Blankson as our new head coach,” the club wrote on X.
“The details of his contract will be disclosed to the public during his official unveiling, which will take place at a later date.”
The experienced gaffer was previously in charge of Delta Queens.
Meanwhile, players of the Jewel of Rivers are expected to report back on August 7 to commence preparations for the upcoming season.
